This project reimagined Starbucks’ internal communication and employee engagement through a public relations campaign centered on empathy, trust, and technology. Using Hypotenuse.AI for copywriting and ChatGPT Pro for tone development, the “Grounded in Connection” initiative outlined AI-powered feedback systems, leadership empathy training, and wellness resources to rebuild employee trust and brand credibility. The deliverables included a one-slide press release, white paper, and social post suite developed in Canva.
