“Smart Cart, Smart Start” is a student-led AI micro-campaign designed to help UTRGV students make healthy, sustainable eating affordable and accessible. Using ChatGPT Pro for strategy and Canva Magic Media for visuals, the campaign proposed an AI-powered meal planning system integrated into H-E-B’s shopping experience. The project focused on promoting wellness, sustainability, and smart food choices among college students while positioning H-E-B as a community-driven innovator.
